Doesn't look like there's a level site in the whole park. Slightly difficult to navigate through, but it was because of people's tow cars parked outside the limits of their sites. Lots of kids, very noisy. Also, there are giant speed bumps throughout the park. They weren't that bad to drive over if you just went slow, but people would speed over them and every time a car went by, there was a big banging sound as they went over the speed bumps. There was a bad odor off the water one day of my stay, but I didn't notice it the other days. The park is not located on base but is a short drive to the north base or 32nd street.

They put me in a spot with a broken 30 amp, the 50 amp power quit in the night, no reimbursement. Nothing more than a sandy parking lot with partial hookups and a view of the typical CA State beach 15' sand berm blocking the ocean views.

No effort is made to clean the lot of sand accumulation, making for slippery and unsafe conditions for bicyclists. This is not camping, people!

Do not show up before 2: PST sharp or you will not get in. The staff as well as the camp hosts are not friendly or helpful. The resort is super clean and extremely well maintained with nice flowers and exceptional surrounding. Every one seems to be a happy camper and enjoying the comforts and every one seems very friendly. Any real grass throughout the property has signs posted "NO DOGS" Luckily, we were able to park our car on the lot next to us as they had a class B and were kind enough to share their space. It was utter chaos the entire time we were there. I have plenty of photos to document this review. Be cautious walking at the beach behind the resort.
